DELIVERY INFORMATION:

PLEASE NOTE: Some deliveries are taking a little longer at the moment. We suggest you select a delivery date at least 2 days prior to the day you wish to consume your order, especially if it is for a special event. We have added additional insulation and ice packs to all our orders to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition. Your order will be safe to consume up to 3 days from the due delivery date. All our food is blast-chilled and delivered fresh in insulated boxes. It will keep for several days if refrigerated and may also be frozen, except for eels. You may even wish to add a few extra items for your freezer for those just got to have moments, and it makes delivery more cost-effective!

Please also note, that deliveries received later in the day on the selected delivery date will be delivered in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to retain freshness of products for 72 hours.

How to build your pie Box

Select your items and add them to your basket. The red line indicates how full the box is and this allows you to add more or less.
Once the box is full, the system will automatically go to the next size box up if desired.
When you have completed your selection, please check your basket, edit if necessary, check/select delivery date, go to check out and complete payment (by Paypal or credit/debit card).
If you wish to add a gift card, complete the option with your personalised message.
You will receive a ‘Thank you for your Order’ receipt email immediately after your submission.
