Arments can deliver on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (*surcharge – currently £17.00) (Holidays excepted).
Note: Short lead-time orders:
– Order must be submitted latest by 00am 2 clear days before despatch (a Friday Delivery would have to be ordered before 00am Wednesday, i.e by Tuesday evening)
– Cleared Payment must be received by 9.00 am on the day before required delivery date.
Postal Pies Box: Delivery is included in the price shown* (not for Custom Orders/Souvenirs)
Custom Order: Shipping costs will advised following Custom Order enquiry. Anticipated weekday Courier charges are:
Small Box S: £9.99
Mid Box M: £12.00
Large Box L: £17.00
Note: you can see approximately what you can get into a Small, Medium or Large postal pies box by Looking at the Postal Pies Boxes shop page – denoted S(x) (Small box), Medium M(x) and L(x) (large box).
Souvenir Orders: small packages will be sent by Royal Mail post. Postage costs advised as per the Custom Order process below.
Standard Charge Delivery areas: UK only: England, Wales, and Scotland Mainland (excluding postcodes AB, IV, KW & PA*), and Northern Ireland. All other locations, will incur additional courier costs (will be advised after order enquiry)
We cannot deliver to Scottish islands, Isle of Man and Southern Ireland.

*Saturday Deliveries: (*£ surcharge advised after custom order enquiry) – Note that the Saturday Delivery Excess charge for a Box rises is £17.00 (select at checkout) – which is a lot of money! – we recommend weekday deliveries – Pies delivered on Friday can be eaten on Saturday if stored correctly. Our fresh pies are packed and shipped blast chilled, not frozen, so can be frozen if you wish. Full re-heating and storage instructions are supplied with each box.
Postal Pies Box ordering process:
1. Select your Postal Pies Box, and complete payment (by Paypal or credit/debit card).
Note: for Saturday delivery / remote areas, please please a Custom Order enquiry – we will advise delivery charge by return.
2. You will receive a ‘Thank you for your Order’ receipt email immediately after your submission.
3. You will receive confirmation of payment email.
4. We will despatch your order to arrive on your desired delivery date – for food orders by 12am, signed for.
Custom and Souvenir ordering process:
1. Go to ‘Bespoke Order‘ shop page, select you items/quantities, required delivery date, and submit ‘Custom Order’ request.
2. You will receive a ‘Thank you for your Order’ receipt email immediately after your enquiry submission.
3. We will then add the appropriate shipping costs to your order, and/or contact you by telephone or email should we need to discuss options.
4. You will then receive an email ‘Invoice for Order #xxxx’ with a ‘Payment’ link to pay for your order via Paypal/Credit/Debit card.
5. You will receive confirmation of payment email.
6. We will despatch your order to arrive on your desired delivery date – for food orders by 12am, signed for.
